St Mary’s Church Puddletown Wedding Photography – We were there as the first photographers to document a wedding!
Well ok….it’s only a part truth! We were the first to work there after its intensive restoration process. This 12th Century church has seen countless weddings, including that of Hayley’s parents.
Hayley & Joe’s wedding was a beautiful autumnal ceremony, graced with having wonderful sun shine along with a historical local setting.
The light inside the church was magnificent to work with. The layout with it’s unusual pews kept the congregation in their seats -so there were no problems for me with people leaning out taking photos! What a wonderful design concept!
Along with the register signing in the Athelhampton Chapel, with the ancestral stone sarcophagi either side, there were some great elements to capture at their wedding service.
