As the great British Summer weather continues I felt it apt to share a preview from last weekends remarkable wedding.
Why remarkable, well naturally Sarah & Ben were a delight to work for, with a lovely family and warm guests, but of course remarkable in yet another way – the weather we had to endure. I would like to look back and think that this awfully wet summer wedding will remain just that – a memory. I had never witnessed such heavy continual downpours in this country before, let alone having to work in them. Wellie boots were obligatory and proved to pretty much be the dress code of the day, with almost everyone trundling up to Kingston Maurward in them!
This taster shot from inside the marquee just sums up the spirit of everyone that day, with everyone dancing & skipping through the puddles in their wellies.
This extreme weather & extrordinary crowd of people proved to be an infectous mix, providing some remarkable Dorset wedding Photography images. Looking forward to posting up the full set shortly.
