This photofilm has been eagerly anticipated and a long time in the making with its completion being delayed somewhat. This was partly due to a sharp rise in work load, something you wont find this Documentary Wedding Photographer grumbling about.
Equiped with the strong set of images and great recordings of the after dinner speaches – I knew it would be a great final edit. It’s also the best to date, having encapsulated everything I set out to achieve. It captured the real emotion from the day. From the jokes and the laughter to the highly personal tribute from one brother to another that created such a lump in the throat, it bought a family to tears.
These really are ‘golden moments’ captured in a unique way. Something that is so eloquently done with a photofilm yet somehow missed with a straight video film.
I would be really happy to hear your thoughts on this manner of presentation.
Do you agree with me, with it being something more than just a video film ?
Have I still managed to keep the power of the stand alone stills image / managed to add something of value with using the audio soundtrack?
Or simply – do you like it ?
