A number of weeks ago I had the pleasure of covering Ian & Jo’s Portland Castle Wedding. Jo’s family are islanders and it had always been an intention to use the dramatic setting of Portland Castle as the wedding venue.  A lovely detail of the day was the use of an old Routemaster double decker bus to transport the bridal party and guests to and from the Wedding Venue and reception. It provided some great photo opportunities as well as being just the thing to allow guests to relax and not worry about driving for the day !
Here is a selection of images from their day that I think give a really good impression of the days events. I think I will remember for a long time Jo’s little nephew who is a star in his own right. Not only does he appear in many of the photos but his character was unbelievable – it was priceless when after the speeches he approached the top table and delivered his verdict on each speaker. Luckily they all passed his high standards as I would have pitied anyone who failed !
