I have just taken delivery of some wonderful sample wedding albums from Graphistudio, Italy. They are wonderful and well worth the 6 week wait. The production time can seem a little long, but the attention to detail, quality of the finish and service is second to none.

I was growing a little anxious as to whether these would arrive in time to be able to show to new clients and had already emailed the production department last weekend. I had checked the calendar and it had indeed been 6 weeks since I had sent off my order. I received an email in reply two days later reassuring me that the album samples were being examined by the quality control department, and at this stage there was no indication on the proposed date of dispatch. So there it was, it looked quite obvious that the books would not be with me any time soon. How wrong I was…..

The following day I received an email informing me that the items had now been released and dispatched. I was equipped with a shipping number and was able to track the order to my very door. Albums dispatched 3.30pm Thursday, Italy – received 1pm Dorset, UK. Unbelievably great service.

There needs to be more companies that are willing to go the extra distance in delivering products and providing great service. I can believe Graphistudios sales pitch that there samples offer and “free” albums are worth in the region of £700. Many companies would not even consider providing such an offer, but I am glad it was there.

The proof is in the pudding as they say. One week later and I have two couples booked up and four Graphistudio albums wanted, need I say more !
