Charlotte and Tom’s Bridport Wedding Photography at the weekend, was my first winter wedding of the season.
Well ok, winter isn’t quite upon us, but it was a two day wedding working in ‘winter’ light for most of the time.
You may already realise that I shoot utilising the natural / available light. I find flash guns / strobes prevent me from getting the ‘natural’ photography I enjoy.
With the evenings drawing in fast and both days starting late afternoon, I found myself shooting wide open, pushing the camera’s capabilities to their limits, and it worked out lovely – Naturally!
Friday’s legal cermony was held at the Summer Lodge country hotel in Evershot, with a wedding blessing on the Saturday in Bridport at the Chapel in the Garden.
A wonderful two days were spent capturing their celebrations with a stunning vintage styled bride. Exceptional flowers (with a choice of three bouquets), operatic singers and a great crowd of family and friends.
