Wedding Films Somerset – Films Born Out of Passion!
Welcome to our first pure video wedding film! Our past productions have been either Photofilms or Fusion Films, blending stills photography, audio recordings with a little bit of video here and there. So working on this story of Melanie & Chad’s Maunsel House Wedding bought us new challenges, along with plenty of rewards.
Keeping our love of audio as the backbone to the production the voices of the stars, Melanie, Chad and Royce (the Best Man) set the pace, tone and direction. Selected visuals being bought in and around these sound bites, complimenting and accentuating where ever possible.
Best Wedding Films Somerset
Timing is everything…
Establishing a pace, a kind of heartbeat within a film is what I always try to do. Get it right and things will drop in and around this fairly easily.
Melanie & Chad’s day was full of great highlights and big events that we wanted to include. The Best Man Royce, delivered a top speech, and that was rightly so as he is a professional actor. It was genuine and unique, a real breath of fresh air for me to hear complete originality.
(Chad)…”is a socially conscious man and a feminist…truly, he truly is! Despite the British Empire colonial era clothes he is a true progressive!”
A gem like that, having been handed to us on a plate, just had to be used.
Melanie & Chad’s full picture wedding post can be seen here – Maunsel House Wedding Photographer . Great thanks goes out to Ryan Carpenter who joined the team and captured all the video that day. Great patience shown on his part in getting to understand my vision for wedding films Somerset and the final edit. Looking forward to working more together in the 2019 season.
