As weddings go, this celebration captured by Associate photographer Oana was top class!

Anita & Naoto had a great energy between them, along with great family & friends. Their vision for their day, uniting everyone in celebration.

The pictures captured showing their shared playful side. along with their love of a great party.

Oana did brilliantly. The opening frame winning her first International Award in a recent WPS Competition. Anita’s mother almost holding the wedding certificate to ransom, held against the bridal car’s window, just before they left the church to go onto Shenley.

It’s brilliant to Skype or Facetime in these circumstances, giving everyone the chance to connect way before the big day.

Their ceremony was held at St Teresa’s Church, Borehamwood and it was a first for us to see a different technique for the ring exchange. Hands being held vertical! I was raised in the Catholic Church and hadn’t seen this way before, but great – it makes for a far better picture!

I love the energy of this wedding – so much fun shared between all. The obligatory presence of Pokemon, Naoto’s natural urge to make some shapes – whether in front of the Cricket score boards, or on the bouncy castle.
