Northbrook Park Wedding Photographer | Victoria & Bradlee

There are weddings that stick with you not just because of the images, but because of the sheer depth of feeling. Victoria & Bradlee’s celebration at Northbrook Park was one such occasion. And as a Northbrook Park wedding photographer, this was one of those incredible moments where atmosphere, emotion, and personality collided perfectly.

Classic Meets Creative: A Love Story with a Twist

Vic & Brad’s wedding was the perfect blend of tradition and originality. A classic British winter wedding infused with Mexican Day of the Dead influences—complete with a themed cake and photo booth! It was a visual feast grounded in real emotion, not spectacle.

We first met Vic through her cousin Gemma, whose Cotswolds wedding we photographed a few years earlier. Seeing this family grow and change—now with Gemma expecting her first child—brought the whole experience full circle. This felt like more than a booking. It felt like being welcomed back into the fold.

Venue Spotlight: Northbrook Park

Set near the Hampshire-Surrey border, Northbrook Park is a Grade-II listed manor with acres of formal gardens, ornamental lakes, and (yes!) a family of swans. As a Northbrook Park wedding photographer, I can confidently say this venue offers one of the most photogenic backdrops in the south.

Its ceremony room is flooded with natural light—perfect for capturing those fleeting emotional beats without the intrusion of flash or artificial lighting. Add to that the elegant Orangery and stylish reception space, and it’s easy to see why so many couples fall in love with this place.

Wedding Day Highlights: From Austin Healey to Oasis

We began coverage at Victoria’s family home, just hours after a dramatic storm had battered the countryside. Roads were blocked, trees down—but the energy inside was calm and joyful.

Vic’s dad had his classic Austin Healey prepped and polished in the garage—his pride and joy, later used to chauffeur the bride in style. Inside, the vibe was fun and chilled with the bridesmaids, Gemma, and makeup artists setting the tone.

One standout moment was when Vic’s animated grandmother handed her a congratulations card—completely blank inside! Cue fits of laughter that rippled through the house.

Ceremony, Speeches & That Song

Vic walked down the aisle to Dream Cave by Cloud Control—a personal favourite that held special meaning to the couple, as Brad had worked with the band. The ceremony room glowed with light, and the energy was palpable. Vows were exchanged, heartfelt readings delivered.

Afterward, instead of the traditional route, both Vic & Brad took to the mic to thank their guests—a beautiful, inclusive touch that brought everyone in.

Their wedding breakfast was steered by two hilarious comperes—friends from Brad’s music industry circle—who set the perfect tone leading into the best men’s roast. Plenty of love, lots of laughs, and just the right amount of cheek.

And the first dance? A surprise to many. They chose Into Your Arms by Nick Cave, sung live by their best man Matthew. Honest. Intimate. Beautiful.

Post-dinner, things quickly turned up a notch. A boys vs. girls sing-off took centre stage, with the lads belting out Oasis and Blur while the ladies went full throttle into ABBA classics. It was hilarious, uninhibited, and a total dream to capture.

From laughter to love, quiet tears to wild dancefloor joy—this wedding had it all.
