Being one of the most charismatic wedding venues in England, this magnificent 13th Century manor can be yours exclusively for the occasion, whether for the day or weekend.
Maunsel House weddings are distinct in giving you the freedom to treat the place like your home, with their friendly staff aiming to make you and your guests experience a delight.
Unique weddings with no restrictions on how you wish to celebrate, formal, informal, traditional or unconventional – its a clear canvas within which to celebrate in your own way.
The main house can hold up to 160 guests but outdoor areas such as the roofed pergola and marquee can hold up to 250 guests.

As Maunsel House Wedding Photographers, we love the diversity that this venue offers couples with several choices ceremony locations.
The Ballroom, decorated with spectacular portrait paintings, chandeliers and candle adorned mantle pieces is particularly romantic. Able to seat up to 160 guests and licensed for civil ceremonies.
If you want a touch of fresh air, the elegant bandstand maybe the perfect choice. Surrounded by fields and wondering shetland ponies, guinea fowl and peacocks. Pretty bench swings hanging from 100 year old trees gracing the scenic surrounding Somerset countryside.
Smaller ceremonies can be held in the Victorian Library, in front of a large stone fireplace, surrounded by armour, hats and portraits. A beautiful and intimate setting.
Church ceremonies are held at St Michael’s, one of the smallest churches in England – its only a short distance from walk away.
