Terms & Conditions of Free draw to Win an exclusive Portrait Session from Dorset Portrait Photographer, Linus Moran.
1. This free draw is organised by Linus Moran Photography,1 Prospect House, Peverell Ave East, Dorchester. DT1 3WE.
2. Entry to this free draw signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and be resident in the United Kingdom.
5. Employees (and their families) and agents of Linus Moran Photography are not eligible and may not enter.
6. To enter this free draw the entrant should complete their name, email address, and telephone number before the competition draw date stated in paragraph 11. Responsibility cannot be accepted for any entries that are not received.
7. The prize is a location portrait session with Linus Moran in 2011 / 2012, subject to availability. This can be at a location of your choice, but travel costs over & beyond 30 miles of Weymouth will need to be met at a rate of 4o ppm. Any other products or services the winner requires such as high-resolution images and albums will have to be purchased from Linus Moran Photography in accordance with Linus Moran Photography’s price list at that time. There is no cash alternative available to this prize.
8. Only one free draw entry per person is allowed.
9. Entrants agree that by entering this free draw their personal details may be stored and processed by Linus Moran Photography for the purposes of administering the free draw. This will include 2 emails, one confirming entry into the draw and another announcing the results of the competition.
10. The winner’s name will be available from the organisers of this free draw provided a SAE is sent to Linus Moran Photography, 7 Melcombe Place,Weymouth,Dorset, DT4 7HL before the draw date stated in paragraph 11.
11. The free draw will take place on 10th December 2011. The winner of the free draw will be selected at random and notified by e-mail within 5 working days of the draw. Linus Moran Photography may disqualify a winner if it has not managed to contact such winner within five days of its first attempt to do so. Linus Moran Photography may then select an alternative winner.
12. To the extent permitted by law, Linus Moran Photography hereby expressly exclude any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any entrant or winner in connection with this free draw.
